- Inspected for splits, cracks, and defects
- Cleaned and pressure-tested on Scharch Range Master systems
- Deprimed with flash holes cleared
- Primer pockets reamed to accept fresh primers
- Acid-washed for surface uniformity
- Resized on proprietary Brass Kisses tooling to strict S.A.A.M.I. spec
Then we load with premium components — new CCI primers, new Hodgdon powder, new copper-jacketed projectiles — on Camdex and Ammo Load Mark X presses. Every batch passes 16-point QC before it leaves the facility.
