Returns, Shipping & Ammunition Terms Policy

At Brass Kisses, quality, safety, and transparency matter. Please read the following policies carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Final – Ammunition

Due to federal regulations and safety considerations, all ammunition sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on ammunition once an order has been placed.

Refunds are not guaranteed and, if approved, are issued solely at the discretion of Brass Kisses. Approved cancellations or refunds may be subject to a 15% processing/restocking fee per item.

100% Guarantee (Replacement Only)

We stand behind every round we produce with a 100% Guarantee.

If you experience a verified issue with our ammunition, we will replace it—not refund it.

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • All related brass and/or projectiles returned to our facility for testing

All replacements are issued at the sole discretion of Brass Kisses. In over 11 years of production, we have had only two reported squibs due to our strict quality control standards.

Order Discrepancies

Any discrepancies, damage, or issues with an order must be reported within 10 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested by emailing info@brasskisses.com.

  • Orders canceled before fulfillment may incur a 15% processing fee

  • Orders that have entered fulfillment (label created or packaged) cannot be canceled

Shipping delays do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

Shipping Policy & Delays

We ship only within the continental United States (lower 48 states).
We do not ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • International addresses

  • UPS Stores, FedEx Stores, or USPS PO Boxes

Orders placed outside approved locations will be canceled or refunded.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days

  • High-volume orders may take 15–30 days or longer

  • Shipping time estimates are not guarantees

Once a shipping label is created, the order is considered fulfilled and in carrier queue. Brass Kisses is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, volume, or operational issues.

Manual Order Review

Some orders require manual verification, including:

  • Mismatched billing/shipping addresses

  • Large first-time orders

  • ID or permit requirements

We will contact you promptly if verification is needed. Once verified, you’ll be whitelisted for future orders.

Age & Legal Compliance

By purchasing from Brass Kisses, you certify that you:

  • Are 21+ for handgun ammo or 18+ for rifle/shotgun ammo

  • Are legally permitted to purchase and possess ammunition

  • Are not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)

Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws.

State Shipping Restrictions

Ammunition may be legal to own but restricted for mail-order purchase in some states.

No Ammunition Shipping To:
Alaska, Hawaii, DC, Massachusetts

Restricted States (Documentation Required):

  • California – Residential shipping only

  • Connecticut – Permit or Ammo Eligibility Certificate

  • Illinois – FOID required, no Chicago shipping

  • New Jersey – Firearms Purchaser ID required

  • New York – Must ship to FFL

  • Colorado / Maryland / NJ / NY – Magazine capacity limits apply

  • Follow firearm safety rules

  • Wear eye and ear protection

  • Store ammunition safely and out of reach of children

By purchasing, you assume all responsibility for safe handling, storage, and use.

Limitation of Liability

Brass Kisses is not liable for:

  • Shipping delays or carrier errors

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is limited to product replacement, if approved.
