124gr is the NATO-standard weight and the weight most premium defensive loads use. It recoils smoother than snappy 115gr, tracks closer to your carry ammo's point of impact, and cycles with authority in everything from full-size duty guns to compacts. If you carry 124gr JHP, train with 124gr FMJ.
Will it cycle in my pistol?
Yes — 124gr at 1,100 FPS is the most universally reliable weight/velocity combo in 9mm. Glock, SIG, M&P, CZ, HK, 1911s, carbines — it runs. And the 100% guarantee covers you regardless.
Is this +P or hot-loaded?
No — standard-pressure 9mm Luger loaded to SAAMI spec at 1,100 FPS average. Safe in any firearm chambered for 9mm Luger, including older and alloy-frame guns not rated for +P.
Should I use this for self-defense?
This is FMJ range/training ammo, not defensive ammo. For carry, we recommend our
