How do I file a guarantee claim?

Stop using the product, keep the packaging and lot info, and submit a claim through the Support page. We will evaluate the claim and make it right.

What does the guarantee cover?

Our 100% performance guarantee covers performance. It does not cover misuse, improper storage, or normal wear. Replacement or resolution is determined after Brass Kisses evaluates the claim.

I ordered directly before. What now?

Where is Brass Kisses ammunition made?

Brass Kisses new-manufactured ammunition is produced through in-house operations and integrated American manufacturing partnerships, using American-made components or domestically partnered component manufacturing. See American Made.

How old do I have to be to buy?

Buyers must be 18 or older for rifle and shotgun ammunition and 21 or older for handgun ammunition. All orders are subject to federal, state and local law and to age and eligibility verification.
