Every batch we list here is caliber-sorted and visually inspected for cracks, splits, and case-head separation before it ships.

Whether you're loading 9mm, 5.56/.223, or 300 Blackout, once-fired brass lets you reclaim the largest single cost driver in reloading: the case itself. Buying processed brass instead of range-picking your own means consistent headstamps, consistent primer pockets, and no surprises when you get to the press.

What to expect from our once-fired brass

• Sorted by caliber — no mixed-headstamp grab bags unless explicitly listed as such.
• Visually inspected — cases with visible case-head separation, splits, or cracks are pulled before packaging.
• Tumbled or as-collected — check each listing for prep level; some batches are cleaned, some are sold as-collected at a lower price point.
• Sold by count — priced and packaged per 100/250/500-count bags depending on caliber and availability.

New batches are added as they're processed, so availability by caliber will rotate. If you're loading in volume and don't see the caliber or count you need in stock, reach out — we restock this category directly from our own reman production line and can flag you when new brass drops.
