Brass Kisses runs a true “like-new” remanufacturing process—using new projectiles, powder, and primers to deliver factory-level performance trusted by serious shooters. Every cartridge case is rigorously inspected for defects.
Our fully automated Scharch Range Master systems clean and pressure-check each case for debris, splits, or cracks. Spent primers are removed, flash holes cleared, and primer pockets reamed to accept fresh primers. From there, cases are acid-washed and resized using proprietary Brass Kisses machinery, ensuring commercial-grade dimensions that meet strict S.A.A.M.I. specifications.
About Our Ammunition
All Brass Kisses ammunition is proudly loaded in-house using state-of-the-art Alpha, Camdex and Ammo Load Mark X (pistol) and Mark L (rifle) systems. We use only premium components and run every batch through our industry-leading 16-point quality control process to ensure flawless, consistent performance—round after round.
We use both .223 & 5.56 casings to produce these rounds. The difference between 5.56 and .223 ammunition is not in how the case is stamped but how it is loaded (pressure) and the C.O.L. of the projectile.

5.56 reman 250 count
Ordered and it took longer than thought it would to receive. But when I had questions I did receive prompt response. Just received yesterday and looked it over and obviously a mix of case manufacturer's being remanded. Most did look pretty good. There were a few that had some good dents. But I took out 2 different ar rifles and ran 40 rounds through the 2 rifles had no problems at all. Think I Will make more purchases.

Great round fair price the fact that there's no shipping on ammunition is absolutely amazing the rounds fire nicely they hit ever so slightly high in comparison to other rounds that I've been running but not even enough to adjust my scope will be purchasing again sorry I wanted to do that while I was thinking about it
