How A Pallet Order Works
Read this before checkout. A pallet ships freight — not parcel — and there are a few logistics steps. Here's exactly what to expect:
Step 1 — Place Your Order
Add the pallet to cart, check out with the $50 flat freight scheduling fee included. Your order is logged.
Step 2 — We Call You (24-48 hrs)
A Brass Kisses rep contacts you within 1-2 business days to confirm delivery address, business hours, dock or liftgate requirements, and any access notes for the freight driver.
Step 3 — Freight Quote & Scheduling
We arrange LTL freight for your zip code and provide the freight quote separately. Freight cost is billed separately from the $50 scheduling fee paid at checkout. We can use your preferred carrier or one of ours.
Step 4 — Pallet Ships (14-Day Lead Time)
Your pallet is built, palletized, and shipped within 14 business days from order. Transit time depends on freight method — typically 3-7 days for LTL.
Step 5 — Inspect & Sign
Inspect the pallet for visible damage before signing the BOL. 100% guarantee on the rounds themselves applies regardless — if anything fails on the range, we make it right.

How We Build It
100,000 rounds. Same 16-point QC. No exceptions.
Every round on this pallet runs through the same quality control as our 50-round box. Volume doesn't change the build:
- Once-fired brass inspected for splits, cracks, defects
- Cleaned and pressure-tested on automated Scharch Range Master systems
- Deprimed, flash holes cleared, primer pockets reamed
- Acid-washed and resized to SAAMI spec on proprietary Brass Kisses tooling
- Loaded on Camdex and Ammo Load Mark X presses with new CCI primers, Hodgdon powder, copper-jacketed 115gr projectiles
- Every batch runs the 16-point QC before palletization
Reliable. Unapologetic. 100% Guaranteed.
Common Procurement Questions
What's the $50 fee at checkout for?
It's a flat freight scheduling fee that covers the back-office work of arranging LTL freight to your address — getting freight quotes, coordinating with carriers, scheduling pickup. The actual freight cost is billed separately after we get a quote for your zip code. Most range operators tell us the all-in cost is competitive with what they'd pay shipping the equivalent in parcel.
How long until I get the pallet?
14 business days from order to ship date. Transit on LTL freight is typically 3-7 days depending on your zip code and carrier. We can usually accommodate a specific delivery date if you have one in mind — mention it when our rep contacts you.
Can I use my own freight carrier?
Yes. If you have a preferred LTL carrier (your range's regular hauler, your facility's freight account, etc.), let our rep know during the call and we'll coordinate pickup with them. Many of our larger customers have their own freight arrangements.
Do I need a loading dock or liftgate?
If you have a loading dock, that's the easiest. If you don't, our rep will arrange a liftgate-equipped truck (small additional carrier fee). For residential delivery, liftgate is required. Be honest about your delivery situation during the scheduling call — surprises at the dock cost everyone time and money.
Is this the same ammo as the 50/250/1,000 round packs?
Exactly the same. Same SAAMI-spec 115gr FMJ remanufactured load, same components, same 16-point QC. Volume doesn't change the build — it just changes the packaging.
How is the pallet packaged?
Cardboard cases secured to a standard 40"x48" wood pallet, shrink-wrapped, banded, and labeled. Each case contains bulk loose rounds in mylar bags or boxed packs depending on production run. Discrete pallet labeling — no exterior markings indicating ammunition.
Can I get a different caliber or load configured similarly?
Yes — if you need a pallet of 124gr, 147gr, .45 ACP, 5.56, or any other caliber we run, contact us at
info@brasskisses.com with your volume target and we'll quote you directly. Pallet configurations are available across our lineup.
What if a round fails on the range?
100% guarantee applies to every round on every pallet — same as our 50-round box. If you have a failure rate beyond normal training (industry-standard ammo FTF rates are ~0.1%), document it, contact us, and we'll make it right with replacement product or refund.
State restrictions and documentation?
A few states (CA, NY, CT, MA, IL) have ammunition shipping restrictions and may require FFL routing or additional documentation. We handle this during the scheduling call — if you're in a restricted state, our rep will walk you through the requirements.
