NO REFUNDS, however, If a refund is requested it will be at the discretion of the company. If it is accepted, there will be a 15% restocking/ return/ refund fee per item being returned. You must contactact info@brasskisses.com to have a refund processed.

WE ONLY SHIP TO THE CONTINENTAL 48 UNITED STATES. ANY OTHER ORDER WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED IMMEDIATLEY. WE ARE SORRY BUT WE CANNOT SHIP TO ALASKA OR HAWAII AT THIS TIME.

At Brass Kisses, we stand behind every round we produce with a 100% Guarantee. If you experience an issue with our ammunition, we will replace it.

That said, this guarantee comes with responsibility. To process any claim, customers must provide:

• Clear photos of the issue, and

• All related brass and/or projectiles returned to our facility for testing.

In over 11 years of production, we’ve had only one reported squib, thanks to the strictest quality control process in the industry.

All returns and replacements are at the sole discretion of Brass Kisses.

These Ammunition Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all ammunition purchases made from Brass Kisses (“we,” “us,” “our”). By completing a purchase through brasskisses.com, the customer (“you”) acknowledges and agrees to all conditions stated below.

WARNING:
Use of ammunition involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death. Always follow proper firearm safety procedures and manufacturer instructions. Ammunition must only be used in firearms of the correct caliber, maintained in safe working condition, and operated by competent, legally authorized individuals.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
Always wear eye and ear protection when shooting. Improper storage, modification, or use of ammunition may cause damage, injury, or death.

By purchasing from Brass Kisses, you agree to assume all responsibility for safe storage, handling, and use of the ammunition.

? Shipping & Delays

We strive to ship all orders promptly and within our stated estimated timeframes. However, shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control — including, but not limited to:

• High order volumes

• Supply chain or component shortages

• Carrier delays (UPS, USPS, etc.)

• Weather events or natural disasters

• Power outages or system interruptions

Once an order has been processed and a shipping label created, it is considered fulfilled and in queue for carrier pickup. Brass Kisses is not responsible for delays once the shipment has been tendered to the carrier.

? Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of ammunition and federal regulations, all ammunition sales are final once payment is processed.

• No refunds or returns are permitted on ammunition for reasons of delay, change of mind, or shipment timing.

• In the rare case of a verified defect or damage, we will issue a replacement in accordance with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

• Orders canceled before fulfillment may be subject to a 15% processing fee to cover payment and administrative costs.

By purchasing ammunition from Brass Kisses, you acknowledge that delays in shipping or carrier processing do not entitle you to a refund.

By purchasing ammunition, you certify that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age (for handgun ammunition) or 18 years of age (for rifle/shotgun ammunition);

• Are legally permitted to purchase and possess ammunition under applicable federal, state, and local laws;

• Are not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any related state regulation.

Brass Kisses reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that violates these laws.

By completing a purchase, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Brass Kisses, its owners, employees, affiliates, and suppliers from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from:

• The use, misuse, or storage of ammunition;

• Failure to follow proper safety procedures;

• Shipping delays or carrier errors;

• Misrepresentation of eligibility or misuse of purchased products.

You agree that Brass Kisses shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase or use of ammunition.

Ammunition Restrictions By State 

• Ammunition cannot be SHIPPED to ADDRESSES in the areas indicated.
• Ammunition may be legal to own, but some laws make it illegal to buy it via the internet or mail order.
• Ammunition may not be shipped to UPS Stores, FedEx Stores, or USPS Post Offices.

• At least 21 years old for handgun ammunition purchases

• Legally allowed to purchase and possess ammunition in your state and locality

• Not a prohibited person under federal law (18 U.S.C. § 922(g))

Any unauthorized use of the site may result in termination of your access.

2. United States Shipping Only

Brass Kisses ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not ship:

• Outside the U.S.

• To U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, etc.)

• To international freight forwarders

• To jurisdictions that restrict ammunition shipments

Orders placed with non-U.S. addresses or restricted shipping locations will be canceled.

3. Federal, State & Local Compliance

Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with all ammunition laws in their location. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Age restrictions

• State and municipal ammunition rules

• Any required documentation (FOID, FPID, LTC, etc., where applicable)

Brass Kisses reserves the right to cancel any order that violates local, state, or federal law.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

We work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. However, all stated shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

• High order volume

• Carrier delays (UPS / USPS)

• Supply chain disruptions

• Quality control holds

• Weather or emergency events

• Holidays

Once a shipping label is created, an order is considered processed and in sequence for pickup. Brass Kisses is not responsible for carrier delays once packages are tendered to UPS or USPS.

5. All Ammunition Sales Are Final

Due to federal regulations, all ammunition sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of ammunition except in cases of verified defect or damage.

If an issue is confirmed, Brass Kisses may provide a replacement, not a refund.

6. Cancellations

Orders canceled before fulfillment may incur a 15% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.
Orders that have already entered fulfillment (i.e., label created or packaged) cannot be canceled.

7. Loss, Damage & Missing Packages

Once an order is with the carrier, the shipment becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged:

• We will assist in filing a commercial claim with the carrier

• Replacement packages may be issued at our discretion after carrier investigation

• Refunds are not guaranteed for carrier-related issues

• Insurance can be purchased at request. 

Customer must provide accurate shipping information; Brass Kisses is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

8. Product Safety

Ammunition is inherently dangerous. By purchasing from us, you agree to:

• Use ammunition only in firearms of the correct caliber

• Follow firearm safety rules

• Wear proper eye and ear protection

• Store ammunition safely and legally

• Keep all products away from children

Brass Kisses is not liable for injuries, damages, or misuse of products after purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, product names, artwork, text, designs, packaging, and branding are property of Brass Kisses and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Brass Kisses shall not be liable for:

• Incidental or consequential damages

• Losses due to misuse or improper handling

• Delays in shipping or fulfillment

• Carrier errors or service failures

• Unauthorized third-party access to your information

Your sole remedy for any dispute is limited to the replacement value of the product purchased.
